Armand Thomas "Tommy" Rava (January 7, 1911 — late 1957) was an American gangster and a caporegime in the Mangano Crime Family in Brooklyn, New York. An influential and respected lieutenant for mob boss Albert "The Mad Hatter" Anastasia, Rava held command over a dependable crew of mafiosi that included the likes of Neil Dellacroce and Toddo Aurello, and was extremely active in bootlegging and gambling rackets. Following Anastasia's infamous 1957 murder, he took charge against an opposing faction vying for power led by ambitious consigliere Carlo Gambino, and vehemently upholded his loyalty to the Mad Hatter, having his partner John Robilotto killed when he switched sides over to their enemies. While out on bail after his arrest at the Apalachin Meeting in November of that year, Rava fled to Florida, where he disappeared and was never seen again, reportedly being killed on Gambino's orders to take control of the Family.
